At Stainly, we understand that some stains may be more challenging to remove due to various factors, such as the type of stain, fabric, or time the stain has set. As a result, not all stains can be removed despite the effectiveness of our cleaner. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Terms

Exchange Window: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you feel the cleaner is not working as expected.

Evidence Required: To process an exchange, you must provide video proof showing that you used the cleaner on stains, but it did not deliver the expected results. The video should clearly show your attempt at using the cleaner on the stains.

How to Request an Exchange:

Send the video and a brief description of the issue to our official email: infostainly@gmail.com.

After we review and approve your request, we will send you a replacement cleaner.

Important: Due to the nature of the stain industry, we are unable to offer returns for the cleaner, as multiple factors can affect stain removal, such as the type of stain, fabric material, and how long the stain has set.
Conditions for Exchange:

The cleaner must be in unused condition when exchanged.

The request must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns, but we are happy to assist with exchanges when the product does not meet expectations due to the inherent limitations of stain removal.
